We are pleased to announce our work with Prologis, Inc in developing a custom ArcGIS Story Map with ArcGIS Online. We leveraged a ArcGIS Online custom and configurable storymap to build Prologis a comprehensive GIS visualization for each of their logistic facilities and other GIS data for their website.
ArcGIS Online is a complete mapping platform that offers organizations the ability to create and share maps as they pertain to various types of organizations. The platform also equips organizations with the necessary tools to perform intricate visual analyses and make well-informed executive decisions based on the data. ArcGIS Online offers mapping applications and tools for every organizational member; from fields workers to executives, customers to contractors, sharing work has never been so seamless and simple. And because this platform is cloud-based, it is designed to meet the demand of peak periods – all the time.
One of the most dynamic applications of ArcGIS Online is its overabundance of Story Map Templates. Story Maps are primarily used to leverage data in ArcGIS Online to systematically explore the data through the telling of a story with content.
For Prologis, we leveraged custom JavaScript to enhance the Story Map base functionality and redesigned the style of the base to provide them with Prologis branded styles, fully-comprehensive visualizations for displaying their ArcGIS Online data.
