While dispatchers create and assign tasks for completion, mobile workers receive assignment updates while in the field and complete the work requests accordingly. And because Workforce for ArcGIS integrates seamlessly with other components of the ArcGIS Enterprise, new tasks may be reported as they are seen in the field using Collector, efficient commutes between work sites may be found using Navigator, work order forms can be completed using Survey123, and workflow/task statuses may be reviewed using the Operations Dashboard.
